(Jesse ran and then jumped over the truck hood to land on the ground on the other side of the truck. The gator hit the side of the truck, making the truck almost roll over. Jesse got up and then opened the passenger door of the truck. He jumped inside, closing the door behind him.)
Vladimir - Vladimir is about Vampires and humans coming together for a new world. They coexist for many years until humans attempt to manipulate the vampires' blood, causing chaos. The two collide with Vladimir, the Lord of the Vampires, who plans to take over the world one night. Now the Vampire nation is running the world. Humans are used for entertaining vampires. They have become a good food source as well. They have returned to the Romans, running their empire. I am sure you will understand once you enlighten yourself. But Vladimir has had many enemies for centuries, so we shall read about the Great Vampire ever to have lived. Lord Vladimir.
(She heard something over her head and then stopped in her tracks. The air was blowing all around her. She started looking around her frantically in every direction as fast as possible, but she could see nothing but darkness. She lunged for the front porch with her arms extended, reaching for the door handle. Her eyes lit up with a slight smirk on her mouth. She was inches away, so close to her salvation. Then, in a split second, she vanished into the wind with her screams, yelling for Daddy. Like a ribbon floating in the wind, she was gone.)
Jaws of Death - Jaws of Death is a story that happened on Hazzard Island. One day, after thirty years on this peaceful island, Sheriff Tom Henson receives a call about a missing person. The sheriff, distraught, leaves his breakfast on the table and walks out of the diner when he runs into his best friend's mother, Sharon Brolin. They chat for a spell when he asks how Mike is doing. Tom asks if there are any plans for him to come up soon to visit. Sharon shrugs her shoulders and then laughs at the question, saying Mike is fine in Jamaica, working away. Tom asks Ms. Brolin if Mike knows about her situation when she smiles, telling Tom that he does. Tom finishes talking with Ms. Brolin and then watches her walk away down the street. Tom walks towards his car, pulls out his phone to dial Mike Brolin, and then leaves a message. Mike Brolin receives a message from Tom telling him he might wish to come home. His mother is very ill, so it might be a good idea to return home one last time to visit his mother on Hazzard Island. Mike calls Tom later that night and then decides to bring the family back with him, his wife Carla and daughter Thea, along with his daughter's boyfriend, Matt Slone, who just asked Thea to marry him. Mike came home with his family when the second attack occurred that afternoon. A giant tiger shark has roamed Hazzard Island and now has claimed the island as its home. The tiger shark starts to protect its territory and attacks anything that enters its domain. It started on that bright, sunny, hot, blistering day when visitors and islanders began missing one after another when body parts washed up onto shore in pieces, making it hard to identify or recognize due to the lack of evidence. Where did this large creature come from? Who will survive this ordeal on this July 4th weekend on Hazzard Island? Let us read the story to find out.
They Always Come Back – This book is about friends who get together one Friday night. It's all fun and games. They decide to play with an Ouija board that Ashleigh found. They start to have fun when they realize that they are not alone. Soon, they will find themselves in a whirlwind of mind-bending fates for each one of them. The problem is when you start to feel like you are in a dream with no control. I think we will have to read to find out their fate.
(A loud thunder cracked outside, making all of us jump and scream. We all laughed like hell, then grabbed hands once more. Shannon said to turn and look at the desk. The chair was lying on its side on the floor. It was probably us from screaming and jumping. Mike agreed and told everyone to get back to it. Ashley said it was her turn. Ashley asked if they were there to hurt anyone. The door leading up to the attic slammed shut. Everyone jumped when the girls screamed)

Make the Call – This is a story of five guys who grew up in the same neighbourhood and became a family. They grew up in Taylor, MI, and started running drugs in the city from high school, eventually taking over the city. They own the Liquor Stores and take what they want. How long does getting what you wish last? What do you think they had to do to keep this city? Now they have to keep it from others who want it. The Leader needs to find someone to help them maintain control of their area. He sees such a number. He gives it to his brother whenever a situation arises. Or someone who has to go or disappear. The Leader tells his brother to make the call. But there is another twist there. I guess you'll have to read it to find out.
(Tommy said we caught two people tailing us. We went to Big Al's, then through the front and out the back to see who they were. We beat the hell out of the one they left, then left them stranded. Chuck looked over at me and then asked if I had made the call. I nodded yes.)
A Day of Ex - A Day of Ex is an adventure of one man. One of the best assassins in the city. Who is Ex you might ask? EX – The central protagonist. A serial killer by every definition. Every time he kills someone, he carves an X into their forehead. A quiet, but highly intelligent man. He only kills people who truly deserve it. I was able to track him down. I watched in amazement how stealth and quick an assassin but become to be successful. They have no fear of dying.
Prime – The year is 2045. Over twenty years since the plague, COVID-19 has left its devastation worldwide. By the time this plague was under control, 000 deaths had occurred. Countries were suffering economic losses due to the destruction. Countries had nothing to barter with. Other countries that have nothing to offer their people. No food, no fresh water. It went back to the Stone Age for them. The only thing countries had left was their children to provide for. The government of the US realized years before that there were too many people in the United States who were 40 years and older. They knew they would have to replenish their country with fresh young individuals to secure their future. The government devised a revised plan to respond to the world's devastation. The US government structured a senior fantasy future called PRIME. Any person during their 49th year will receive a letter after 30 days. This letter will contain information about their replacements and their departure date for their retirement to PRIME by their 50th birthday. What is PRIME? PRIME is Florida. Florida is PRIME. A beautiful sunny retirement state that the government constructed. They reward the seniors of the United States for their dedication to hard work. They get to leave their home and then drive to the sunny state of Florida. There, they get to choose their new lifestyle and destination at no cost. Now, the highest reward from the government anyone could receive was the right to sail away to an island where you could choose your piece of land to settle in for the rest of your life. Now, the government has also decided that once you reach prime age on your 50th birthday, after ten years of living the dream in my PRIME. On your 60th birthday, you may also leave PRIME and sail off to the new island. The government has also arranged for you to leave behind everything except some clothes. You will have to worry about nothing. Your new replacements will reside in your home and take over all your possessions. The government has found a solution that ensures everyone involved is taken care of. For our PRIME members, everything awaits you after you choose your new destination.
(Rick takes a deep breath. Rick puts his head down. His chin hits his chest. He is tired. He is so sore. His body aches from head to toe. His hands are full of calluses. He stares at his hands. He looks up to see the shit storm in front of him. This place looks worse than a third-world country. The devastation is everywhere. The bodies of sick people lying down against buildings are endless. The endless bodies with disease. The smell of burning flesh still makes me sick) to my stomach he thinks to himself.
Cry Baby – The police visit the Perkins' residents to find everything in disarray. The woman is in the ambulance with oxygen on her face. Capt. hears from Stuart that the rest of the police are surrounding the man upstairs. The large dark-haired man is rocking, clutching a pink stuffed unicorn. Dee sets out for a new life. After five years, she meets Scott Watson in the workplace. They find love and then decide to get married. Soon after having children, their lives became quite the norm. Fifteen years later, Johnny sits there writing his letter to his wife under the small light. He smiles while saying out loud, "I'm coming home soon, baby. I'll be there more quickly. You wait." I know you have missed me. I can feel it down to my soul. Your Johnny is coming home to roost.
(LIES - Regarding lies, it is hard to find the right words. Relationships can be complex and confusing deep down in my heart. You lie with words, trying to confuse me. You try not to tell me things. So, you lie instead. You lied to me about cuddles and Grandma. I know you know where they disappeared to. Why would you lie about your new relationship? All I hear from you are lies. Lies, lies, lies. I am mad at you right now .Good-bye Johnny)
Steamy Waters Campground – Most of us who grew up with an outdoor family have been hiking, motocross, snowmobiling and camping. I have had the luxury of doing all of it. I used to love camping. Of course, as life goes on, we buy the luxuries of camping, even a bed off the ground. That's not camping, but a hotel stay, but we still do it. Anyone who engages in extreme hiking or camping has encountered a moment with an animal you cannot trust. I have experienced a cougar in the Appalachian Mountains in North Carolina. When I first saw the animal, I thought it was a giant raccoon until it leaped up in the air. That's when I almost shit, not crap my pants. Scared the living hell out of me standing there as it jumped from the ground into a tree, then turned to look directly at me with my two children.
(The grizzly charges after Marge down the path toward Cabin One. Marge runs as fast as she can towards the porch. The grizzly starts to pick up speed, knowing she can't run much longer. The grizzly charges after her with endless tenacity. Marge runs for her life, screaming for John as she hears the bear getting closer.)
Help Wanted – Chris McVillain was on his way over to his friend Shawn’s house, walking down the street, looking into the Beamer Falls paper for a job. He looked while walking to see if the first column contained anything but found nothing. He looked down the second column, then the third column. He turned the page, hoping to find something fast. He walked down the street, still looking through the paper, when his eyes came across a small (Help! Wanted) sign. He looked at the small ad. He thought it was perfect for him and the boys. Steve, Chris and Shawn are best of friends. They figured they wanted to work during the summer up north. They just thought what a way to make money while checking out the scenery. My father always said Be careful of what you wish for. Well, good luck, boys.
(Chris said, Hello there, I am calling about the advertisement in the paper. The old woman said there is much work to be done before fall sets in. She asked him if he was alone. Chris replied that he had two friends who could help as well. The old woman said that it would be better. The job pays $300 per week for each of you. You will have room and board for free.)
Escape – Charles loves a new girlfriend, but when he becomes trapped in her world, he never knew she was in. Things change for the worse when Charles is forced to do things we only read about. The decision that we must make for survival. Charles is tossed into a maze of lies and deceit. Charles has no choice but to be the mouse in a maze chasing the cheese to find freedom. I know how Charles feels trapped with nowhere to go.
(Charles woke up in a cell, only to notice he was lying on the bottom bunk. Charles looked around, trying to regain his senses. He put his hand on the bed to feel an envelope beside him. Charles opened the envelope to see what was inside. He pulled out the piece of paper, only to find four lines on it. He managed to sit up, rubbing his head as he tried to come to. 1. Find Billy Roy, the guard in B block. 2. What he tells you to do, you must do. 3. Get Intel from Les Campbell and rely on Doris Gant, your lawyer. 4. Try to stay alive. Eat this paper, for no trace can be found.)
Dreamz – This will enlighten you to the end. 1941 Joe gets killed. He is pronounced brain dead. His family owns the Science Center. His wife tells the doctor to do whatever it takes to keep him alive. We will continue to test different specimens until we find the right one. It seems the only way to test is inside dreams. A new revolution is coming. Joe has never reacted to any test for over thirty years. They never stop giving up. I wonder why? Why would you keep someone alive in a bed for over thirty years? I'm sure there is a better reason for such. I guess you'll have to wait and see.
Jessica Lin – John Lakes, with his wife, loves to paint dead people. The problem is that everyone is still alive. John finds Jessica. The perfect young lady. She fits everything he is looking for in a model and specimen. The only thing is that Jessica is still very much alive. Jessica understands John. But does John know Jessica?
Bullhead – The small town of Beamer Falls Lake is under attack. Something around their water is killing everything in sight. What could it be? Fear is starting to take over. I remember when we were water skiing at Lake Cold Water on a beautiful sunny warm day in Cold Water, Michigan. It was my turn. Woot, Woot. I was skiing around the lake for at least 3 to 4 minutes, enjoying every wake. Then a path knocked me off balance, sending me crashing into the water. I laughed while waving to Cheryl and Ed, telling them I was ok. I was trolling the water while waiting for the boat to come back around to pick me up. Then it hit. Da-not, da-not, da-not, da-not, my heart started to race and then pound. I looked all around in every direction at the dead-calm water. My feet cannot touch the bottom. I began to breathe heavily. I knew I would see a fin or a gator coming towards me. I noticed the boat coming straight at me. I start to swim towards the ship as fast as I can. I begin to panic, thinking something is under me or chasing me.
(The hair rose on the back of his neck as he stood still, trying to listen to every sound but hearing nothing but eeriness. Old man Jenkins became uneasy and fast, then started looking around in every direction. He grabbed Karl's tackle box and Carl's hat, then started back down the side of the lake where he came from as fast as he could shuffle. Bullhead rose from the grass, then slowly walked through the sand, and back into the water.)
They’re Awake – Is a tale of spins and a web of terror. The entities are back. They want to play. Just different from your usual games. Story Lake is about never fixing a situation that haunts you years later; Heidi and Shannon are Chilin, listening to music. They sit there talking about 3 books on Heidi's coffee table. Shannon is intrigued by these books. They soon find themselves living in one of the books, or are they in a dream? What is reality as we know it? Are we all living in a dream, or are we all living in reality? Great question? You'll have to find out. Desiel - This exciting story is based on the fact that we never know what we get when buying a pet. Desiel sets the tone for one thrilling ride, which will take us to a place we never wish to see or go to. It twists you to wonder if there is an end. Evil lurks around us, and there are always two sides to us. We have good and evil in us all. It is up to us to follow a greater distraction in our lives. There is always a voice telling us which direction we should go. The problem is that sometimes we hear voices and must figure out where they are coming from. (Mike started tossing and turning when his blankets were dragged off him slowly until they were on the floor at the foot of the bed. Within a flash, he was carried off his bed and thrown into his closet, with the door slamming shut before him.)
Nights Breds – This is a story of Bloodsuckers and Werewolves, after years of coexisting in dormancy. The pack of wolves decides it is time to make their stand for dominance. There has been silence for almost 200 years. The Vampires claim first blood, but soon the borders in Beamer Falls become clear. Demon war is about to unfold, and it will not be pretty.
(She walked over to put her arms around him. He put his arms around her and then held her close. He then stretched out his jaw and sank his teeth into her neck. He dug in deep. He just kept going until she was done. She collapsed to the floor, and then he just walked away.)
Story Lake – This Chilling story will take you to your dark side. Storey Lake is a thriller that happened years ago. But the things we encounter could be very chilling. Friends decide to try Ouija out. Calling on the other can be fun as kids until someone answers back. I would be scared as hell.
(The car spun wildly, smashing and bouncing off the guardrails. The woman had to have flown at least fifty feet in the air and then slammed her down onto her back. The guys started screaming for Jeff to get some control, but the car kept spinning. Everything was in slow motion, and I could only focus on the lady lying there with us getting closer every second.)
Blood Suckers – Here we are, living in the day and age where everything we could wish for is at our fingertips. I have always been fascinated by vampires and Werewolves. Something about their presence can enhance one’s thoughts. I love a great movie where the other side attacks people for no apparent reason, except for a food source or just plain evil. So here you are, where the Vampires are rulers and will always seem to do so. At least in my writing, anyway. LOL
(The guards dragged the lifeless bodies to the tunnels with Vano walking behind them. It was time to dispose of the bodies. Vladimir stood up and then walked up to the podium. He raised his arms to silence the crowd. This will be our new world.)
Ungrateful dead – The Confederate general with his regiment left Texas, planning to outflank the Union Soldiers in southern Colorado. On their path, they find an Indian burial ground. This is not your ordinary woods Indian burial site. This was a small village with the leaders buried inside tipis. Inside these tipis, they find chests filled with gold coins and gems from their town. They desecrate the burial sites and then leave for Colorado. They get to Colorado and realize their plan could fail. They agree to take their treasure and retreat. Now they must get back home, 500 miles to Verde, Texas. But before they can get to Texas, they must go back through Comanche Past, where they left destruction without respect.
(Crouching Bear rose to his feet and charged the soldiers, screaming at the top of his lungs. The other two followed his lead. The soldiers turned to hear the Indians charging forward at them with their knives and tomahawks raised over their heads.)
Diesel – This fascinating story is based on the fact that we never know what we are getting when we buy a pet. Diesel sets the tone for one thrilling ride, which will take us to a place that we never wish to see or go to. It twists you to wonder if there is an end. Evil lurks around us, and there are always two sides to us as well. We have good and evil in us all. It is up to us to decide which is a greater distraction in our lives. There is always a voice inside us telling us which direction we should. The problem is that sometimes we hear voices and are not sure where they are coming from. Every Rose Has It's Thorne - Doc Rydell takes two steps only to fall. She says to help when Old. Mr. Seamus runs and then catches her before she hits the ground. She looks up at him when her eyes turn blood red. Dr. Rydell stares at him, noticing her teeth start to clench. She is now looking angry at him. He drops her to the floor while John Duffy reaches for his gun when Old Mr. Seamus walks past her. He grabs the sculpture from her desk and then smashes the Doctor on the back of her head. He stands up straight, looks over to Deputy Duffy, and says We have a problem. Every Rose Has Its Thorn – Pg Old Mr. Seamus looks over at the dead body. He continues to pull the bookshelf away from the wall, revealing a hole in the wall. The room, on the other side, was as bright as the sun. Old Mr. Seamus enters the room. UV lights hung from the ceiling, illuminating the room. Old Mr. Seamus's old eyes can barely focus due to the right light. They grew something in there, he thinks. Something beautiful. Fourteen identical roses. All the same, blood red in colour. The most beautiful design. Old Mr. Seamus stares at them, like a person staring at the Lord himself, in total awe. He dares not touch them. We all have been told to look but not to touch! Why is that we wonder. The problems lie when some of us don't feel the need to listen.
The Evil Within Beamer Falls Collection – 356 pg. It is the top-selling collection of five, with three on Audible. I selected these five tales that take place in the surroundings of Beamer Falls, Rhode Island. I have compiled these five tales of evil that have been told about Beamer Falls, dating back before the 1600s. Evil has long been associated with this small surrounding area.
Our First Tale will enlighten you about territory conflict dating back as far as time can tell. Our Second Tale finds us playing with the unknown. The problem is them coming back. Our Third Tale is how man’s best friend turns into man's worst enemy. Our Fourth Tale sets the mood in a twisted mind game: Are you there, or not there? Last but not least, our fifth tale sets a chain of events that can lead to years of torment.

When Darkness Falls - When Darkness Falls is about the world finally destroying each other’s resources until the only thing left is electricity, and the world is sent back to the pioneer days, except for three countries. Mexico, the United States and Canada. The United States has less than three years to find another source. They ask Mexico and Canada to help. They refuse. They already have their people trapped in an isolated area. They cannot give up any electricity or take any people from their countries. There is just no room. The United States is furious. They plan to attack both countries to seize their territory. How will they do this? Can they? There will be resistance.
(The Captain was yelling for Kenny to get down or back to them. Kenny turned to run when he was hit right in the middle of his back, sending him down to the ground in silence. He lay there next to his friend. He reached out his hand to Chris. He was hit once more, making his fate permanent. The Captain sighed and told the men to return to the buildings. They all retreated, heading back to where they came from.)
